What started over 25 years ago has evolved into a unique, and innovative executive search firm. Lynda has been dedicated to the executive human resources and talent acquisition space since before the Dot Com era.
For Lynda, it’s about more than recruitment. Her process combines tried and true practices of relationship building and open and honest communication. Lynda began her staffing career in the 90’s when customer service was the focal point of the industry. She still practices that today and has crafted Revolution around that basic, yet underutilized concept. She believes in building relationships, not just taking a resume and sending it out hoping for a hit or assuming we know what our clients are looking for. We are going to have real conversations.
